a. To be eligible for a refund, the undex parcel must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Any signs of tampering or damage to the parcel may result in the refund request being denied.
b. Refunds are only applicable for undex parcels that have been purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. If you have purchased the undex parcel from a third-party seller, please contact them directly for their refund policy.
2. Timeframe for Refund Request:
a. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
b. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone as provided on our website. Please provide your order details, including order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

c. You will be responsible for shipping the undex parcel back to us, and the shipping cost will not be refunded.

b. Refunds will not be provided for undex parcels if the original packaging is missing or damaged.
5. Damaged or Defective Parcels:
